Delivery Lead Time
Most complete systems are in stock. For mainland UK delivery times, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for products in stock. Fast UK delivery may be arranged dependent on location - please do contact us for more details. If the product is showing as available on back order, please contact us so we can advise on a realistic delivery timescale based on your location. Whilst complete wall bed furniture systems may be in stock and available, some are manufactured to order (predominantly orders containing products with fabric such as custom headboards and sofas. We aim to deliver custom orders within 12-16 weeks for delivery.) Please bear in mind that supply chain issues beyond our control may impact lead times, but we we will always do our best to accommodate requirements. If your order is urgent or you have any questions regarding lead times, please contact us before placing the order, so we can provide a realistic timescale for delivery. If required, we can hold stock for customers until they are ready to receive their order. We appreciate not all customers can take quick delivery, so are able to keep hold of their order until they are able to receive it. By placing an order this allocates the stock until it is ready for dispatch.
